The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new law that replaces the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998. It comes into effect on the 25th May 2018.
In line with the GDPR, we are updating our consent processes. Permission will be required in order to provide appropriate care, maintain our services and communicate effectively.
Our Privacy Notice (Children & Families) contains more information on what information we store, what we use it for and how long we keep it.
Please note, in order to provide a service to families we must hold sufficient information, so it is important that everyone signs the Privacy Notice. We will be emailing the link to our current families in time for Registration 2018-19 and the new regulation date of 25th May 2018. Meantime, you can see the Notice here:
